Housing has been a passion for Felecia since becoming the Local Operator for the City of Waxahachie subsidized housing program partnered with Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. A graduate of University North Texas, Felecia is also pursuing a Masters Degree in Applied Gerontology from University North Texas. Felecia serves as Code Enforcement Officer for the City of Waxahachie Health Department. Felecia has served on the board for Ellis County Habitat for Humanity and is now a family advocate. She is also involved with Keep Waxahachie Beautiful and Ellis County Community Partnerships.
